Fall walks

We really do live in a beautiful area and have many places to go wander near the water.

This was a scenic beach area.  The lighting was perfect for photos.

I am trying to take a picture of everyone and the kids completely lost it.  Nathan is off to the side just looking at them wondering what the heck is going on.

These are so some great kids even if it is tough to get pics of them. 

 

Halloween 2020

This Halloween was a bit different than in the past.  We debated on having Elijah go trick or treating because of COVID.  He did end up going to a few houses of people that we knew really well.  

The coolest jack o' latterns ever.  We got the pumpkin from my dad and Chris.

Josiah and Jarom went to friends house for a party.  They both were a big hit.

Elijah was wishing he had the mandelorian's gun so Nathan surprised him with it by the end of the day just in time to go trick or treat.

 

Too big for lap

We remember when this boy would fit so nicely on our laps even when he did wear his brace due to club foot.  It's tough to hold him now.  I do love this age of our kids.  Josiah is still snugly.  Then after him sitting on Nathan's lap it turned into a lap pile.  In the second picture you can kind of see Nathan.  I love this crew of ours.   I love that they get along really well most of the time.  

 

Red Peppers!

School lunch is provided every week day to all students in our district.  It is kind of humorous at what ends up being in the lunches.  One day there was 2 huge red peppers with 2 pears and one wilted string bean.  This was a day they got 2 lunches because the day they didn't have school.  I know there are kids who eat peppers, but really!  This means we had 8 huge peppers at our house.
