As everyone was feeling sickly the clock was still ticking away. The kids realized two days before our ward's truck or treat that Halloween is coming and soon. Our kids have loved dressing up. I am not sure why and how since Nathan and I aren't really promoters of Halloween with our lack of dressing up. The kids love it and were so disappointed that they weren't prepared. Well luckily we were able to scrounge enough items from home and a thrift store to pull off pirate costumes. So sickness and all we came up with and showed up to the trunk or treat. Ha ha!
Sadie helped the other young women with the face painting booth. Josiah and Jarom wandered around with the kids their age. Elijah full on participated in the carnival and getting candy from cars. Everyone was exhausted once we got home.
We carved pumpkins on Halloween.
The only ones who went trick or treating. Jarom almost didn't want to either but we convinced him that he should go with Elijah.
